Local treasure? Actually did not open until 1:00 for lunch. No menu. Set 3-course meal for 9 Euros. Beverage (wine included), appetizer (soup, salad, other), choice of 3 mains (grilled or fried fish, roast chicken), dessert (we chose homemade cake). Not only was it a great value but it was delicious. Little English spoken but it was enough. Just 5 minutes from nearby Marriott Marbella.

Pretty good restaurant for locals. Just 2-3 soups/salads and 3 second courses daily. Cheap and quick and almost nobody speaks English which is great and gives a lot of fun.

Every time we come to Spain we go to Rubyana, because the chef makes so tasty and good food. This is a spanish restaurant with a good athmosfere. We love it and it is affordable.

This restaurant was a true hidden gem we discovered thanks to a recommendation from a local resident. For over 30 years, they’ve been serving traditional national dishes prepared with authenticity, care, and the kind of flavor that only time can create. Every dish tasted like a comforting home-cooked meal — rich, hearty, and incredibly delicious. The ingredients are fresh, the portions generous, and the service warm and welcoming. The staff are friendly and happy to help with suggestions. And if you ask, they’ll treat you to a traditional “chupito” — a small complimentary shot — at the end of your meal. The atmosphere is simple but full of soul. It’s one of those rare places where it’s not the decor that makes it special, but the people and the food. As the saying goes, “The best meals aren’t made in brand-new pots, but in the ones that have cooked with love for many years.” We’ll definitely be coming back and wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone who values authentic cuisine and heartfelt hospitality.

Starter, the shelfish soup was great. Generous ingradients of seaafood. Taste like home. Shrimp flavor was well kept in the soup. Cuttlefish was fresh and just cooked nicely. Rubyana sea bass and pork were also great. Sauce of port was a little to zalty. But acceptable. Sea bass does have fish bones in it. If you are not good at getting bone away before eat it or you have a kid shaing dish, then it might be something to reconsider. However, fish itself was grilled very perfectly. Crunchy skin with all juice and fragrant kept in thr fish meat. Nicely done. Only thing before visit. Their waiter doesn't speak english. Was a little effort to communicate. But it's for my opinion.

Passed this place countless times and heard so much good about it but never been before till last Sunday! 3 course meal including 1 drink for €10,50 Amazing value! Knew they have this deal during the week but didn't expect it in the weekend. Super friendly staff and my boy loved parrot Carlos. Definitely a place to keep in mind :)

We found this nice cozy restaurant almost in the end of our holiday. Loved the rich flavored seafood casserole and the grilled sea-bass. Very relaxing dining atmosphere, great price ratio performance. Recommend.
